going with thomson too pamporovo, does anyone have any idear where we will be getting our lessons and equipment from has i think there are two places for this , also im staying at the perilek is it possible to walk to the first lift from there and how long would this take if it could be done. thanks...

You will egt skis and sticks boots from station 2 Malina. You are taken to the depot on the first morning by a free bus you get at the Perelik you will be shown where to get on and off. You can walk to ski lift 2 its a good 20 minutes depending on conditions ( beware the taxi drivers and other vehicles on the road though) the bus is a better option. Ski lift 1 is just 5 mins walk away but most travel companies use station 2. Enjoy the fun, when are you going.

We stayed at the Perelik last January, and I personally would not have walked from the hotel to the slopes (where the ski school meets). It is quite a way. Without ski attire and equipment maybe but with ski's boots etc... no way!
