It's about 3 - 3.5 hours. I did it first time I skiied out there. Much easier to fly to Sofia

we came back tuesday-left the hotel at 2.30am ish and arrived at plovdiv at about 4.45am-so just over 2 1/4 hrs but this was during the night-a real killer

Took us just over 2 on way out and 2½ on return trip Christmas week.

yep just over 2hrs. however on the return trip our driver decided not to go over 10mph if the was any snow in sight so it took us 3hrs that was after a coule of wrong turns too
