transfer times

how long is it by coach from sofia to bansko. Is it alot quicker if we were to get a car. i know coaches take there time and may do some stop offs etc. We dont get into sofia until late so the sooner we get to bansko the better.
Also does anyone know how long the flight is from gatwick, some pages say 3hrs some say 3.5hrs...

We left sofia at abot 4:15pm and got there at about 7pm. That was in a mini bus. Main problem was the HGV'S clogging the road,. Coming home we left at 3:45am, in a car biu it still took 2hrs 20min. Mal

if you dont know the roads well then definately take the bus... bulgarian roads are awful but expected too pick up with investment from the winter olyimpic bid! Very Happy
