Yes lou I ordered some bits and bobs and are struggling to get a refund.

all sorted now i think..
claimed i didnt return a jacket (i ordered).. but it went stright out on another order..

she was saying a lot of stuff has come in bags from RM as the boxes etc were damaged..

thought it was a bit of a scam..... but ok now.. as long as i do have the money refunded!.

hope you get yours sorted!..
ask them to keep looking!...
