CRYSTAL ARE MESSING ME ABOUT WITH NOT TICKETS ARRIVING DEPARTING 5TH MARCH. HAVE ALSO BOOKED ME LEARN TO SKI PACK BUT AM NOT BEGINNER. HAS ANY ELSE HAD PROBLEMS OR WAS THIS JUST A MONDAY BOOKING. WILL I BE OK WITH THIS SKI PACK. WHATS THE SNOW LIKE THIS WEEK

learn to ski pack is the best deal - all in price a lot cheaper than trying to book a lift pass only on arrival. Everyone does it......

Don't know about tickets - booked with Thomson who usually work with Crystal but....and I have my tickets for travel Saturday and they arrived two weeks ago.

Re: the tickets, I would have thought they should be with you soon - usually with you 10 days before departure.
