Morning--well some of the computers have done their stuff overnight and here is the output:

poss small rain/snow Friday into Saturday (very very small). Become a little cooler for weekend.
Then warms up again into first half next week. Not until next Thursday (at the mo) is it looking to offer more general snow and then cooling down.

Main reason is a low sitting over spain/france area of Europe, only slowly moving. On the east (Bg) side of this is warm air--on the west side is the colder air, and it is when this low moves east that the colder weather will follow.

Things have 'downgraded' since yesterday, but as next week is still a long way off in weather terms do expect things to chop and change a bit more yet.

Look out for Hornsters this evening.
