I have also done a little web development and with my small knowledge (I'm sure you have more knowledge and practice than me) I do know they can be troublesome. Do you think we should just go with a group e-mail address, which means we just all need to allow our e-mail adressess to be added. What do you think?

Whilst I was there I saw an emergancy team called out for the pool, it consisted of three odd looking individuals scratching their heads by the pool for a few hours before leaving.
There are no other people carrying out work in the complex although other complexes have ongoing work being carried out.
The bar assistant was very helpful but stated he was waiting to be paid before leaving as he was also sick of Silvia. The shef Steven was helpful and allowed me access to the pool showers ...

I am all for a site for us owners to get together. I agree that Coral should have some liability, they were the agent acting to sell

I was under the impression that Coral was now only operting out of Bulgaria and I have communicated with them. I will give Lloyd a call and I hope we can make contact with the remaining owner of Victory to see if he will address our issues.

A few facts.
Victory own the top two floors, namely 37 apartments out of 109 in total. i.e. approx one third. I have the list and their floor areas. They certainly own less than 50% of apartments.
The main Victory owners are Daniela who took on corresponding with investors, her husband Nasco who looked after construction and her mother. I think Silvia was ...

I went through an independant solicitor because I distrusted the independance of Victory solicitor. He has tired of Victory dealings but is a good guy overall and fairly trust worthy.
I also think we should organise a list of email addresses and contact details. Mine is [email protected] (allow a week for replies). I tried this a few weeks ago and only one person emailed me.
Long term we will need to unite as Victory are appalling at providing satisfactory service. e.g. Daniela responded to about 3% of 100 emails I sent over 2 years and those 3% basically involved asking me for money.
I have one praise for Victory, they appear to have built a fairly high quality apartment block in the end. I was afraid they might never finish it. I hope they are sufficiently attracted by 20% rental revenue to finish them off.
POA for snaggers sounds like bullshit, they should be able to work with us.
Before we explore changing management company we need to find out are any of the new developments renting well. I suspect not yet.
I also contacted two Bansko estate agents about selling some apartments, both advised me against selling saying I should wait a few years for Bansko to stabilise and prices to go up (i.e. still building site). This is interesting considering they make money by selling apartments and discouraged me at their own loss.
Please email me your contact details and I will email the Victory owner list back to you as it grows. I have 15 names so far.
Regarding taking on VIctory, we should choose which battles we want to fight with them carefully.
e.g. facilitate people using their apartments this season by replying to emails requesting permission to go there, especially as I presume all apartments are otherwise fairly empty.
Be more honest, open and transparent about what is really going on.
It would be great if someone could set up a more structured web site forum with owner contacts, a prioritised list of issues for Victory to address, the ability of owners not to get forum email (e.g. may seem like spam)

Your suspision about poor lettings looks to be correct. Just a few days ago I was looking at the availability of apartments on various letting sites and the majority have very few bookings.
I too have looked at selling and drew the same conclusion and decided to hold for the resale market to mature.
I agree with you it is just the basics we require from Victory in the first instance, particuarly honesty, transparancy and cooperation. I think all of us are just looking for a ...
