The Hotel is on the main road. Instead of turning towards the gondola you go in the opposite direction. The complex is about 100yds up behind another hotel. Or that was were it was in June...............!

I have purchased a one bedroom apartment in Casa Karina Victoria complex. I have not been to visit as yet. Please add my email contact details to the forum. Has anyone opened a bank account? If so what was needed?

Was Coral Estates the seller of these apartments, I believe other owners in other complexes are having similar problems.

Hi Mark, yes Coral was the agent. Are you suggesting they have had these same issues in other complexes they have sold or do you mean there are similar problems in other complexes regardless of the selling agent?

Complex unfinished, management companies not performing, dodgy solicitors all sounds familiar with complexes they sold before they conveniently wound up. I am aware of two other complexes that have had serious issues also.
