Hi,I have just booked a flight to be out there around for 12-15th December and have had confirmation that the apartment will be available to stay in over that weekend with most (maybe all) the facilities up and running. This is great news and just in time for the new season. I will update the thread on my return and take pictures for any of the guys/gals wanting to view.

the last photos of complex it was looking good. The most disappointing thing is the oversupply of apartments. I have been told all facilities finished 15/12. I will be going over shortly and will give a report back. Have any of you guys signed up with the complex for management and managed to liaise with anyone in English? More importantly has anyone got any bookings for this coming season or any idea if they will get any. We would rather just hand over to them to manage but wonder ...

Ive also paid everything for a 1 bedroom apartment in the Victoria Apartments. I'm going to use them to manage the property, but find it extremely difficult to get in touch with the developers, i have people waiting to stay over there but cant give them any confirmation on the process etc. Anyone got any more information on contact details for developer/management companyThanks

I am delighted to see this blog. If anyone heard stories of someone buying 14 apartments they are true. I organised a group of buyers for 14 apartments, nearly all from Dublin.
I did a lot of pointless negotiating at the time because it appears the apartments have been built and things will be OK. I have an independant contact in Bansko who sends me loads of photos. The last ones I got where end July 08 and things looked to be close to finished with nice landscaping.

My Bansko contact reckons rental yield will be poor for short term. Oversupply of accomodation is one issue, the roads to the apartment are another.
I have always had enormous problems contacting Victoria. i.e they responded to about 5% of emails.

Bought a 2 bed here and having Alexander services manage the place. Couldn't trust the developer/management company.Got the original Notary deed on Friday past so I'm happy with that.
Looking at going to see the place 15th -17th Dec.

Hello Jimmy,I'm hearing that the complex will not be ready until Christmas......I have enquired as to staying there 15,16 &17 Dec but have been told I cannot.What do you know ?

Hi John - I have arranged with the BG Solictor to meet up with the developer 11th Dec. Signing over the deeds/ apartment keys etc. I have also been informed that there would be facilities/water/heating all working.... ? All fyiI have just recieved an email from the developer to say the apartment complex will be ready for rentals etc 15th Dec. And require maintenance fees paying.

Ive also received email from developers saying the complex is finished on 15th Dec and will be advertising through Alma Tour. They are just finishing off the SPASemi good news, at least we're getting somewhere
