All - Quick update for those who have not been out to see Victoria.

This is only what i believe having just returned from Bansko. I don't hink the properties will be ready for rentals until well into the new year. The roads and areas around the main entrance have not been completed and the kitchen within the restaurant hasn't been installed as yet.
The spa area is nearly completed as been finished to a good standard.

Hi there all you happy owners

We went to Bansko arrived 4/12, told via lawyer we could stay in apartment and Silvia would meet us there. Yes you have guessed it she was not there and we were left with nowhere to stay even though we thought we owned the apartment. She let us down a further two times in the end we employed a translator. We finally got to see our apartment and the key on the morning we left. I think the theme in Bankso is "Next Week" everything will happen then and normally does not. Apartment looked good some things to finish and there was electricity. The good news is the complex is looking fab, the facilities are great but have little faith at this point in the management. I am really worried about people arriving and not being able to get into the apartment. I think the complex and location offers great facilities and if anything rents this surely should, oh I forgot that is when you can get to it without climbing over debris, mud etc no road that was suppose to be finished last week! Does anyone know if it has been? Still waiting for rental agreement which I doubt I will get this year, anyone else had any luck with this? Despite this we had great fun and the Bulgarian people were fantastic, apart from Silvia. Anyone any ideas how we can take this forward, anyone got a good lawyer!!
