hi all des and allison here we have recived a email back from sylvia comfirming the name of our apartments is not victoria but casa carina, we have contacted our solicitors just to varify our position and is anyone else going to be at victoria/ casa carina during the x-mas period becuase we wll be there with our daughtersre: victoria apartments bansko
I've just come across this thread and I recognise some of you on here from Talk Bankso - and Kelly who I'm due to call but have been really slack or we miss each other!!!!
This management company are a complete joke. I've signed up with them but now they send this mail from Daniela and and Sylvie asking me to sign the agreement - I already have. Thats really professional - a bulk email to everyone even if they have signed up.
And the furnishing company - Harmony are a complete joke ...

St, I agree with you that they are complete jokes (Management, Furnishing and Development companies), but i do think the apartment certainly has more than the potential to be a 4 star..
On the up side for you i didn't sign up for any of the above and now i'm being treated like a 8th class citizen. I can't get anything done in my apartment without authorization..... apparently !!!

St, I agree with you that they are complete jokes (Management, Furnishing and Development companies), but i do think the apartment certainly has more than the potential to be a 4 star..

Hi Des & AllisonWe are going over to stay at our apartment in Victoria tomorow for the Christmas. I am very concerned though about what we might find. We have bought a two bed apartment and I believe we have no cutlery, crockery, kettle etc. I just hope there is hot water and heating as we have 3 children with us. Do you know any more? When are you going?

Hi Lynn C, Not much has changed since you visited the complex - only the new date of the complex opening and according to the forked tongue Silvia its the 23rd December !! What a joke.... I spoke to Sivia last Mon and of course I got nowhere with her...
I have gone with Alexander Services for Rental Management and have just given them Power Of Attorney for the administration side of things for the apartment.
Alexander Services did a snagging list for me and they are still waiting feed back ...

John - As discussed via email. I'm more than happy to be 1 of those percents having had to deal with Silvia in person.I hate to be the bearer but the place won't be finished 23rd Dec there is still much to be completed.

How many of you have actually spoken to Sylvie? She cannot speak English so I'm not surprised that mails and questions to her get no response. Daniella on the other hand can speak English but I'm not sure she is so responsive either - however she has no excuse.
I must say that I am not impressed with how things have been so far and that doesn't bode well for the future. Someone mentioned that they own the entire top floor - I wonder which rooms will be occupied first when the place is ...

Hello St, I spoke to Silvia through an interpreter last Mon afternoon..After my conversaton with her I spoke to Iskra at Alexander Services and she phoned Silvia regarding her comments about Alexander Services and SAilvia put the phone down on her. Basically the bitch Silvia wants a slice of the pie from other renatl management companies who come onto her patch..We need over 50% of the owners to agree to foce the management company or SILVIA out...

Right, we need to get working on getting her out. Coral or Victory sent an email out to everyone sometime ago but instead of BCC'ing, CC'ed everyone. A buyer near to me got in touch recently asking questions (another annoyed customer). I suggested that she mail everyone on the list but she obviously hasn't.
I'll ask her again to do so - that way we can all get talk together. I'm sure that many do not use this or the other forums.
