I am trying to communicate regarding rental contract, forecasts etc which as you probably know is proving a mission impossible. The latest thing I have seen shows the rentals that they will charge but says we get 60% minus heating etc etc, did the original contract not say they take 15% but gave us no idea of what rentals would be? I assume I am speaking for the majority of us when I say we bought for an investment as well as some use ourselves? I expect like us most people we have a mortgage and need some idea of expected rentals or if not some control over trying to get some?
I do still think the best solution would be to use one management company and preferably the one who also manages the complex.
Is anyone happy with Silvi and the management team and is quite comfortable with their contract? She says we cannot use another Management Agent I don't believe that is correct but they could probably make ours and any of our guests lifes difficult. As we know arriving there and not even being able to stay in our own apartment although this had been arranged and confirmed by the lawyer and we had paid for it! How shall we take this forward - any ideas?
Yes the contract states 15% of the gross annual rental. There are also some fixed costs and also VAT to pay @ 20%. This is all detailed under section 2 Prices and Terms of Payment.
