hijust recently found this forum and i would like to echo how frustrating it is getting any info out of the 'developers'. they dont reply to anything so how can we move foward..
some advice/help would be good.

Hi Owen,I know it doesn't help but I have tried several routes again today to try and contact Victory representatives to include:
The solicitors
The selling agent
More emails (no response)
Phone calls (no-answer)
It seems all organisations and individuals are in the same boat.
If I could at least establish if the entire complex is complete or not would be a help.

As i commented on an earlier post Daniela confrimed that the place itself s ready for being occupied by the owners.... However i wouldn't try letting out at this point as i doubt you will receive any positive feedback from them as outside of Victoria is still a big building site (dated 15 Dec). Inside the building is coming along though.
All Daniela said was advise them of waht dates you have booked... I know this doesn't help the guys that require to meet up with them, but ...

Hi JimmyCan you let me know if you were able to stay in your apartment. I am going out soon and as long as we have hot water, heating etc. I will be happy, am not to bothered about the externals.

Hi Neil,I went out there 11th Dec and was unable to stay in my place, however i was in there everyday during my stay snagging, measuring up etc and there was electric/hot water etc.
Daniela has confirmed that we can now stay at the complex without being harrassed by the development company and security, although you do have to email them your dates.... I think this is more for security reasons.

Hi Jimmy,If you go to the Talk Bansko website and look at the Victoria thread there is an update from a owner who has just returned. Not pretty reading though!
