Hi St,Basically they cannot get a response from Victory either so they suggest we contact our lawyers, who of course, also can't get a response.

Is there any silver lining here... The last post on talk Bansko is olso doom and gloom... basically the contracts we have signed have had our pants down.. Charging for the use of the swimming pool and saunas etc ???? What the bl33ding hell are we paying maintenance fees for... arrrrghhhhhh ! Give me Valium !!We need to get a decent lawyer on the case

Can anyone put a website together with a forum of our own. We could then ask who would like to contribute towards us all employing a legal representative in the UK. All those interested could all communicate through our own website.Alternatively we could set up a group e-mail through our own e-mail providers and communicate this way.
One thing for sure we cannot allow ourselves to be turned over.

its very important that everybody communicates with eachother and if possible 'join forces'.things need to be sorted sooner rather than later.

I spent Christmas and New Year in the Victoria and it was an eye opener.
The restaurant opened o Boxing day for the night to get a licence and then closed until New Year. I had a look in the kitchen and there was an oven and that was about it.
When I arrived the apartment had no utensils/towels/bedding and the apartment was dusty. Silvia was there and is very ignorant and obstructive, she cannot or will not speak in english and needs someone else to translate.

The Pool/Spa/Sauna/Gym were not open upon arrival but after complaining we were allowed access and had 10 minutes swin as the pool was freezing. The day after the facilities were closed again. A couple of days later the facilities reopened at a cost of 15 Lev an hour for Adults and 5 Lev per child just for the Pool, the other faciliities were more. The security guard had the key and wouldn't allow access without paying!!
The apartment was better and bigger than I thought however the electrics kept tripping and the oven wasn't working. I managed to get the oven working but three sockets still trip everytime something is plugged in!!! I was advised that this was harmony's problem as opposed Victoria!!
I have signed the management agreement previously but would not recommend anyone else to sign it. Silvia is the overall manager and doesn't seem to have a clue about anything. It is worrying tothink she as been let loose to manage a large complex like the Victoria.
The road to the apartment is bad and if you are going in a coach it will drop you near the Kepinski leaving you to walk.
The location of the Victoria is good compared to the Gondola and eating facilities. There was also mention that the complex is to be renamed, probably because there is another Victoria Hotel and due to the problems it has had.
The complex is far from being in a state to rent out, the complex has derelict rooms, wires coming from the walls and ceiling and no-one seems to be doing anything about it. There is no-one in the bar apartment from the security guard, the bar manager and Silvia.
Does anyone have an idea if I can someone cancel the management contract, they must be in breach somewhere down the line!!

Hi Gunner1Thanks for the feedback here. I take it there were no signs of builders carrying out rectification work on the common areas or the apartments??

Count me in for the group e-mailing. I will also be happy to join a group to take some sort of action against the victoria if it comes to that but fingers crossed it wont. Maybe now that the festive period is out of the way we will see some progress on all the complex snagging issue's. Anyone got plans to go out there any time soon?re: victoria apartments bansko

Yes count me in.John - Looking to go out there at the end of January for a few days, but struggling with flights. Signed my Alexander contract this morning so hopefully they maybe able to help move things along, at least i will have some kind of translator to hand.....
