Hi Jim,Good to hear someone else has joined the revolution... now we need to win the war with Silvia......
I like RV's idea of a website and forum but no-one has volunteered as yet..all those in favour of changing management need to get together....theres snow on them mountains and we're the losers again this year....
I'm back at work overseas so I'm not available to March(early).
Come on people lets put the heads together.....

Yes RV I signed up a few months back for management rental of my apartment and also had Alexander Services do the snagging list for me....although the few faults have not been rectified as yet.re: victoria apartments bansko
Unfortunately I have signed up with Victory but would very much like to get out of it somehow. I was going to go out at the end of January but as with everyone else cannot get a reply out of the muppets. I have a young family and cannot risk wandering the streets of Bansko looking for somewhere to stay if they do not let me in to my apartment. May go out on my own.re: victoria apartments bansko
If I have time tonight I'll put a mail together to all known Victoria owners. How do we go about getting a private forum set up? It needs to be private to prevent the likes of Victory getting a sniff of what is going on though there is enough in the public domain for them to be able to guess they have a lot of unhappy 'customers' - and I use that term loosely.

Hi St,I think the best thing is to set up the group e-mail address with all of the owners we can get. This way it will be out of the public domain.
I have heard today from Bansko that a owner was stopped from entering their own apartment. They had to present their deeds and use the threat of getting the police involed before they were allowed in.
Like you I am unable to get access for the second visit by the snaggers unless I give POA.

Hi RV, getting POA for the snaggers - is this a legal document (which costs) as opposed to us just giving them permission?An owner was stopped from getting access to their apartment? I presume you mean a Victoria owner? If you know who this is and have their email address then it will be very interesting to get them involved in our group.
I'm a web developer in my spare time so will look at some options for a private forum tonight as well.

Oh the saga continues it is a circus but not much fun! I personally think Coral should get involved and not get off scot free they sold us these apartments fantastic facilities etc etc. They do also have some responsibility. How did they liaise with them while selling someone must of spoke English or perhaps someone at Coral has someone who speaks Bulgarian they have taken their cut of the deal.
As a group we are obviously much stronger, hopefully, than on our own. I am happy to get ...

Hi Lynn CI agree that Coral should accept some responsibility but they are not. I think if we all just focus on setting up our own group we will make better progress.
