I would say more like 300 meters from the Gondola. Its quite a walk with ski boots on and carrying skis. I own a appartment a quite close to villa park

Out of godola,turn left.
Past ela and maura hotels, main road bends sharp left but you carry on walking straight down the hill.
Past new apartments (I think there called iceburg)!

When you meet next road they are on your left.
Not far from fountains!!

Dont want to sound patronising but these are the kind of directions i understand, but hey, i'm a woman! Very Happy
