violence in resorts

Hi there all!

Can u tell me if it gets violent at night?Drunk men etc...?

Or is it quite civilised?Is there a visable police presence too?

Asking as just 2 of us are going.

What resort? I have been in Pamps the last 3 years and will be there again this year and i have to say i have never seen any trubble in all the time i have been there

Amy,

I went to Borovets 5 years ago and there was no trouble what so ever, I cant imagine it will have changed there hasnt been any postings on the site mentioning trouble so don't worry. I been to pamps for last 3 years and there hasnt been any trouble there,

amy, going to borovets, with a couple of grown up sons, and mouthy mate, a husband and me, the boys are brill, would be willing to meet up for the first nite if you are a bite unsure (as i am ) was going just me and hubby... but boys decidied to join us...... cannot offer protection but we could be your friends......leaving gatwick sat 29th take care babe..... jackie this is also our first time in boro......staying in the edelwiesssw hotel

stayed in Borovets over the new year,a lotof drunken frivolitys as expected but no trouble whatsoever Very Happy

just come back from Boro, it was wam, friendly and not a hint of trouble. there is a visable police presence but not that much at night, (that we saw), you will have a great time there and with all the snow they have just had the skiing will rock too!

As Spiney said, I never saw any trouble whatsoever last week, yes a few alcohol induced stupers on the street early morning but my local is far worse!
You will love it, nothing to worry about, in fact I bet your looking to book up again!
