dont want to sound like a fool........ but i knew nothing about these visas, do we need one to get into bulgaria, or is it just to get out,... and do we have to stand for a day queing up at the police station with 10000s of other people to be able to get home. thanks for any info.....

Don't panic, you have picked up part of a thread, sarah louise is staying in her uncles apartment and therefore will have to register with the police(this is usually done by the hotel) you are given a small piece of paper when you get your passport back which is effectively an exit visa, but most people do not realise that this is what it is
