It's for Borovets. Mussala is the peak just above Borovets. Probably won't be quite as cold as that at 1320 metres though.

Do you think it will be similar for Bansko as they arnt that far apart are they?

Wouldn't like to say, not a weather expert. But you're right they're not all that far apart. Same side of Bulgaria anyway!
