HELP!! going to bansko for the first time tomorrow. Just trying to pack and dont have a clue what type of clothing to take. Can anyone tell me what type of weather conditions to expect? many thanks

Light layers for the slopes and t-shirts or one layer for the evenings - the bars and restaurants are unhealthily hot at night due to open fires and/or heating on full blast.Snowtox

FABBY today - corrugated iron snow early in the morning and then beautiful until later when very soft though loads of snow and everything is open above Shiligarnika [top of gondola] - NO queues for anything - 3 runs an hour from top to bottom. Sunscreen is worthwhile. ULEN are fairly rubbish though lots of other places that you can rent from - there was a rumour that the lift prices reduced by 50% at beginning of April though not as far as I or anyone else could see.Sunny forecast for the ...
