Just a quick one (ooo er missus)--well, has warmed up a bit as we hit mid month as expected. Staying 'milder' until the weekend (though not warm, and may still have snow at higher runs). looks like staying 'unsettled' to coin a well known phrase, with some rain/snow at times. looks like may become more unstable at the weekend, with some more general wet weather, and as temps look like falling over weekend into early next wek some more general snow possible. After that looks like drier and ...

So in summary, milder (but not warm, so snow will not all melt), unsettled so still some snow/rain, then colder again for a while with a bit more of the whit stuff, before drier and milder again into mid next week....all in all not at all bad for this time of year (for us snow lovers)
