sounds like thr resort is crap this year any excuse for the gondola not to run and Bulgarians wont work nothing new there we should have gone somewhere else this yearall this shit about super borovets it will never change they will never spend the money it needs to upgrade yet they expevt people to come out there and spend money
on what can only be described as shit slopes poor machinery and even worse staff in hotels and utilities

Last year there was loads of snow- this year, enough, and better than some other European resorts- I would not say the resort is crap- everyone appears to be having a good time at affordable prices. If you want guaranteed snow- book at altitude and pay the inflated prices!
Gondola was shut because of high winds= nothing to do with attitude of staff to customers mate.
Hotels are also quite good and when are you out, where you staying etc- hope you have ...

AS WE LEFT LAST NIGHT THE SNOW HAD FALLEN ALL DAY- HEAVILLY! AND WE WERE DELAYED 4 HOURS AT AIRPORT BECAUSE OF THAT AND GETTING BACK TO uk- EVERYONE COMING OUT THIS WEEKEND WILL HAVE A FAB TIME!
