Sorry to sound a bit thick..this will be our 1st visit to Borovets.Looking on the webcam why the long Q please tell me it is because people are still on their X-mas holidays,and it will be not as busy come Feb3rd.

this is normal for the ski schools the other lifts over the far right which you cannot see are the same. It gets worse in the half term time. It empties out also when ski schools go up the mountain if runs are open which they havn't due to lack of snow

Fran, whatever you take out, take it in euro or pounds. You will get a better exchange rate in the resort than in the UK. The rest of the advice is spot on from flipper
