can anyone tell me the best way to give your messurements ie weight and hieght etc kilos and cm or feet and inches and st /lbs

In Bulgaria - metric - although they will work it out in the end.

1 inch = 2.54cm
1 foot = 0.3048 metre
1 lb = 0.4536 kgs
1 stone = 6.3503 kgs
