Well they tend to be big buildings with plenty of beds in them! If you have already been to Bg then you know what to expect. If you are happy with a bed in your room then pretty much anything will be ok. If you want something a bit better then you need to look at 4* and above. The Mourgavets in resort centre is fantastic linked to the Perelik where the main bars are so no need to venture out into the cold.

I think the best way to describe them is varied. The best Hotel in the Resort is the Pamparovo....the downside is that it is a little bit away from the main action (BJ's and Daks Bars), which are situated at the Perelik and Snezhanka Hotels. The three I've already mentioned and the Mougavetes are the best hotesl in the resort. Food is ok in all of these hotels and there are various Restaurants around the resort if the hotel food isn't to your liking.

Best of luck.

Mourgavets for me over the Pamporovo every time ( I have stayed in both) though I would choose to eat out in the evenings ( my opinion)

Depends what you want. Stayed at Snezhanka, which is nice and cosy chalet style place, last year. With open fire in the lounge, and a great Bulgarian restauant in the basement, its certainly got atmosphere. Got Daks Bar attached which is great. Very simple, a 3*, so next year going posh at the Mourgavets, cos the beds were a bit hard at the Snezhanka! You don't need that when you are crashing to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning, getting up again at 7:30!. No one I spoke to who stayed at the ...

They had problems with reservations last year which may well be sorted this season. And your last on the ski bus run as well, so usually have to wait for loads of buses to pass.
