what if there's no snow?

I want to take the kids 12 and 13 to borovets at xmas does anyone know what there is to do if there is no snow?

We went last Feb and skiing was fine, that fine we booked to go again next feb and have just booked to go at xmas as well!!

There is frequently no snow at Xmas, so be prepared - it usually comes between Xmas and New Year. Although as the general concensus from people who know more about me in these things is that the snow will come early, you should be OK. Bulgarian resorts generally suffer from having little for non-skiers to do. If you're in Borovets you could pretty easily get into Sofia or Plovdiv for the day.
