what the hotel pamporovo like

is this hotel nice or is it as bad as they say in the tripadvisior web site

I havent been but my mum went a couple of years ago and she had nothing but good words to say about it. She said the staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for you, the room was immaculate the food was ok which s pretty much the same across all bulgarian hotels, not always hot but they ate there every night. She spent next to no money and always tipped very generously and still spent a quarter of what she would have on any other holiday.

Am slightly worried that all the people who have given the hotel good reviews stayed there 2, 3 or 4 years ago (or not at all as above??!!) and its the most recent visitors who have had problems. Everyone should post reviews on their return to give a fair overview

excellent hotel best hotel in pamps. but difficult to get an empty ski bus
