what to pack

I have no idea what to pack now, if there is no snow, what is there to do with 2 kids, I do not fancy having to pay for everyone hiking boots on top of all the money I may have wasted on ski clothes. This could turn out to be the most expensive week ever.

I would say just pack what you planned.
Its still going to be cold, so the clothes and snow boots will not be wasted.

And it might snow through the week while you are there.
