what to wear

hi there
my first time on a ski hol and was just wondering what kind of shoes people wore when not ski and what clothes
my sound stupid but we have no idea.

Casual but with a good grip. Trainers are commonplace as are good walking boots. Either will be fine as long as the tread is non slip.

Clothes are very casual - jeans, trainers, chinos, polo shirts, all fine. Most activities are indoors in the evenings and hotels and clubs are very warm.

Take a decent jacket just in case you venture out.

Clare high heals would be great!!!
Sorry I will try to behave you need to take sensible shoes if you plan to go outside but other than that what ever you want really. If you want to be dressy then it is up to you just remember it can be bloody cold.

remember that your walking into snow and ice so a good grip is essential clare!

I was in your situation last year Clare!! In the end I bought a pair of big hairy boots. I didn't care if they were out of fashion or looked ridiculous I LOVE THEM, and they are toastie warm!

If you don't fancy that just a pair of them then walking boots or simliar is fine, thats what my fella wore, he didn't fabcy the Yetti boots!!
