when do boro lifts open?

When is Borovets open and what is the first day the lifts are open please?

I guess this year it will be at sat 16 december but don't shoot me if its not, it al depends at weatherconditions & co.

Borovets haven't released their opening date yet. Keep an eye on their web site which is

Work on mid dec and you won't go far wrong.

last year they didnt seem to open until 23rd looking at the pictures and from memory. Was this due to some sort of strike action because there was plenty of snow?
