If there is good early snow could we see a season start in late November? Or due to the fact noone has booked up it will be a total money loss to them running the lifts hence close it.

I can't see them officially starting the ski season earlier than they have advertised. Saying that, I know that the locals very often get to enjoy any earlier snowfall as they gondola and chairlifts will often open for the locals on the occassional day.
