was just wondering if any body has gone to both bansko amd pamporovo..... booking soon........ which one of those do they think is better for sking and nite life:~ thank`s

Yup Pamps 5 times (I think) And Bansko once this year and again next.Skiing better in Bansko more slopes. As for the nightlife well I found plenty with my friends others seem to struggle!!!!
Pamps is a purpose built resort unlike Bansko wich is a town so more bars and more places to eat. Just depends on what you are after.

stayed at Lion last season very good hotel, food good/fair.
swimming pool good. reception and bar area very good. 10 mins walk to gondola and they also have 2 mini buses which convey from 0800hrs until 1800hrs running every 15mins.
Group of us going back feb 23rd.
Queing for gondola can be a bit of a problem, but you get to know what time to start queing in the morning. Finnishing off in the afternoon you take your choice either take the gondola or an easy run down the ...
