which resort is the best skiing and nitelife

I'm looking to invest in Bulgaria. What is your favorite Bulgarian ski resort for advanced skiiers/boarders? What resort/town has the best apres ski?
Anyone know of some good deals on condos close to the slopes?

I personally would suggest Bansko as it's not just a resort but a beautiful town also.
