Boro did always seem markably more expensive than Bansko, based on other seasons Bobby's is going to be a good bet, i remember thinking it was cheaper than most other places. The Titanic is not bad either, especially if accompanied by K & B 
We also use the Malina at the base of the Rila black, Mitko is a good lad and we will support him because of his sterling work in the bike park in the summer, and his prices are reasonable as well..
