Just to add (sorry!) a note of caution about the hoped for change due about the 20th-ish....not saying it won't happen but it is not as 'on the cards' as it was yesterday, so let's not get too carried away (but lets not be too pessimistic either)......like I said before, this weather stuff is like a white knuckle rollercoaster ride.....re: word of caution

Benson is right, weather systems are changing constantly and all that we can do is relay to you guys and girls what the charts are saying at the time. We could always just lie to you and tell you what you want to hear, but that wouldn't do anyone much good.
As you all know, that HP has been sat over Europe for far too long now but is showing signs of shifting. It's just not very obvious signs at the moment and any slight movement gets registered on the weather models as even they know that ...
