Getting worried now , going to Borovets on the 20 Dec what is there to do if now snow except drink

Me and the missus are heading to Borovets on the 20th dec. It'll be our first time on real snow (had a couple of runs on a dry slope!) we're also starting to worry about the lack of any significant snow. Anyone know if the hotel Lion has a decent bar!
