Help!! Have just booked xmas in Pamps for my family and friends, 12 of us ranging from 45yrs down to 10yrs. Staying at the Snezhanka apartments HB. Has anyone stayed there, haven't been able to find many reviews, would be nice to have some reassurance about the hotel or village, many thanks

i have spent the last 5 xmas in this hotel u will enjoy every minute of ur stay. were r u flying from.
pamps is a great place for all ages.
in my opinion the snezanka best hotel in resort, warm clean and good food and friendly staff. its also first pick up on ski bus.
i will be rebooking for this year.

We stayed at the Snezhanka 2 weeks ago - and it was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was ok and plentiful. It's the first stop for the ski buses - so no queuing, just straight out of the hotel and onto the bus.
Only complaint was that it was too hot - but I think that seems to apply to most of the hotels!

we're flying out from Birmingham on the 20th. Really great to be reassured. I think a couple of the teenage boys will want to have a go at boarding, can you book lessons day by day if you want?? Would you advise lessons at the dry ski slope before we go??

Thanks for your reply, sounds brill and you can never be too hot, my friend and I are always cold (bring on the menopause n hot flushes). Did you stay in the apartments or the actual hotel?

Sezsil, not sure about snowboard lessons on dry ski slope, it's not really the same as snow and hurts a lot when you fall, which you do more on a board than skis, if you can get to a snowdome then it is really worthwhile learning quickly before your holiday.
