Just returned from the Malina Village opposite the Yagoda. Thoughly reccomended you make full use of the hotel safes in the receptions as we had our chalet broke into this week luckily we used them and only lost our clothes & luggage.

re: yagoda challets

I have just come back from boro and had some friends who stayed in the yagoda who were most pissed off bout the lack of water at certain times of the day.
it ment they often didnt have enough hot water in the morning to have a wash and if they didnt leave the slopes by 4pm then they couldnt get a shower either.

re: yagoda challets

Thats wierd, as I have been three times to the Yagoda and never experienced any water problems or any "Break ins" !! Must be my mafia connections and the fact that i drink lots of cranberry juice!!

Very Happy

re: yagoda challets

Stayed at Malina last year which is partner accommodation on other side of the road. Staying at Yagoda from 29th Jan. this year...not long now!!!

The resort is nice and quiet and is approx. 10 min drive into town where main ski lifts etc are.

There is a small bar on-site (based within one of the quaint wooden cabins) and there is a restaurant which serves buffet style.

Food is not the same quality as in UK but after a day's skiing we were quite hungry!!

There is a mini bus which runs regularly into town and taxi's are cheap and easy to catch aswell.

Hope this helps!

Have a nice holiday!! Booze

If you do a search at the top of this page you will be able to locate my previous comments about the Yagoda Village.

We enjoyed staying there. people friendly. We did use their safe in reception as it only cost a few lev to hire for the week and that is where we changed our money anyway.

Hope this helps
