yastrebetz 1

HI all,
Does anyone now how far the bottom of yastrebetz 1 or yastrebetz 3 runs are from the yastrebetz express 4 man chair lift?
On the piste map it looks like no runs end at the lift.

Im out on 23rd, step daughter will be having lessons so i hope to get a few runs in while she is in her lessons. But it looks like I will have to get taxi's to get back to meet her after her lesson. The two mountains do not look well linked or is this just the piste map?

Thanks in advance

re: yastrebetz 1

sullyde,
at the end of Yastrabets 2 & 3 there are hills that allow enough speed to ski most of the way down the pass to the 4 man chair lift.
I can't remember about Yast 1.

re: yastrebetz 1

You can ski or board to the lift.

Back to the resort its a long walk, you can wait for the free bus or take a taxi for 10 levs

re: yastrebetz 1

yastrebets 2 and 3 go back to the lift. On Yastrebets 1 you have to get off the piste about two thirds way down and cross the road to get to the yastrebets lift. If you go to the bottom of Yastrebets 1 you will end up about 300m from the gondola. But you will have to walk it unless you get up alot of speed. About half way down Yastrebets 1 there is a turning to the right which will bring you back to the Rila area but again you need to keep your speed up

re: yastrebetz 1

From info I've read there is a free shuttle bus back to lift / centre. I too go out on 23rd, checking snow levels daily!
