hi we are coming to borovets for christmas. i was just wondering what the food was like in yohda village (i think its that one) we have gone half board . 1 because it was a good price 2. mainly for breakfast. also can you tell me what kind of food to expect on the gala christmas dinner.re: yohda village
Could it be yagoda (Strawberry) Village? If so I stayed there many years ago but the food was horried. Maybe it has improved over the years though. Do head out and try the many restaurants as they tend to serve up better food than the H/B based accomodations.re: yohda village
Stayed at the Malina Village last year, which shares the Yagoda Restaurant. With 3 teenagers and one fussy eater of a wife we didn't have any problems. Variety of food not bad, breakfast and evening meals very good, staff very nice and helpful. Gala dinner is not to everyones taste and would maybe suggest going out for X-mas meal.
One good point is the shuttle minibus leaves from outside the restaurant, one bad point is, if you don't like smoking the staff tend to smoke in the restaurant ...
