me dad has just tried to sort some thing out the travel agents we booked with have said we have to ring them every morning till we go to see if any one has droped out on my dads flight an they will put me on that so fingers crossedre: :(

Try getting your Dad to get back on to Airtours and start threatening them with registering a complaint with ABTA, if they have previously accepted your booking for a substantial period of time with your dad, then I would imagine that they may be breaking the contract they had made with you verbal or otherwise. Whenever I have had problems in the past, shouting about contract law, solicitors and official bodies or Ombudsman sometimes has the necessary outcome. No guarantees but ...
