Boro - Restaurant / Bar Recommendations

We're off to Boro for the first time on the 29th . Need less to say I can't w....

Anyhow, having studied this board the consensus appears to be:

Good Restaurants

Katy's (Steak)
Franco's (Pizza)
Mamacitas (Mexican)
Hunters (Trad & Smoke Free)
Green King (Trad)
Hrima (Trad)

Good Bars

Titanic
Guiness

Bad Bars

Buzz

Is this a fair summary?

Yep - i'd say that's pretty spot on. Titanic is a restaurant as well though and they do great food. You can't really go wrong with any of the above. Black Tiger is also a good bar and is normally busy in the evening.
We'll be in Titanic on new Year's eve, so pop in and say hello! Here's hoping the snow comes for you!

Can definitely recommend Hrima and Titanic, based on last years food.
Titanic has a lovely relaxed ambience while Hrima is a superb Bulgarian restaurant.
Both have the all important log fire too.

BJs is smoke free too & will be doing food this year. Good bar that gets lively with the pub crawls.

Can anyone provide a similar list for bansko. Been a few times and have discovered quite a few nice ones. to be honest most of the mehanas are fab, but something is niggling that there is a really nice restaurant that i walk past every year. Have a goopd chridtmas everyone. 28 days to go!!!!
