hi arron

we got a message from stating they were calling a meeting of owners

anyway thanks again feel relieved now

They should do! It's best if you can attend wherre you will be able to vote on the decisions re the Castle. They should send out an agender before hand for all to look at and comment on. If you cannot get ou ther but still wan your say then you can give someone POA. We need to vote in a managment council to act on behalf of the owners and to liase with the management company. Shame they have chosen Sept to do this when most peopl cannot get out there.
My developer was very sneeky with this. they set up their own general assembly and put a letter on each door of the apartments giving 48 hours notice!!! only 3 (bulgarian) owners turned up.
As the developer holds 48% (resturant, spa etc, unsold apartments, they own 4 apartments and shop space) of the complex and the 3 owners had 2% they made they own agenda making themselves chair and secretary and awarding themselves the management.... this was all passed as they had 49% and the owners ...

So, if you have a managing council to act on behalf of the owners, are the management company obliged to give any more notice than sticking notices on apartment doors? Or are they obliged to notify the managing council?
