I've booked a ski package in Borovets through Inghams.
I'd like to try boarding aswell though, at least for a day or two.
Anyone know if they let you swap halfway through?
You could probably hire some stuff for a day and it shouldn't be too expensive. I was thinking of booking some skiiing into my week in addition to boarding. Depends how much energy you have at the end of the day!
In a brochure I have it says the prices of tuition, hire & passes triple at the resort. Is this true?
Why don't you speak to Inghams because I seem to remember last year you had an option to change half way through - the snow board lessons were certainly only for 3 days. They also did a taster evening as one of their "excursions" if that be the right word for skiiers wishing to try their hand at boarding.
My plan is to do the same actually- ski for the first couple of days then change for a board. I was told by Neilson (over the phone when booking the ski/boots pkg) that it was OK to change but I don't know how much crap they talk to be honest...
I did it in France last year and it cost about £17 a day or something which at the worst way isn't too bad if you have to shell out again.... Apparently you can buy equipment out there for bugger all so thinking about doing that this year...
