left pamps at 9am bulgarian time the snow was once again falling heavy and lying in the resort.now delayed 4 hours at plodiv

Plovdiv!... How the hell did you manage to get flights there? - I thought everyone was now flying into Sofia, with its 4 hour transfer to Pamps.re: pamps update 10am sat 27/2/10

OK Pete, thanks!.. I thought for a minute some UK tour operator was still using Plovdiv!.. Wishful thinking. I wonder if at some point in the future the tour operators will start to use Plovdiv again?Trev

If Pamporovo is to return to being a busy resort once again then using Plovdiv is a must.re: pamps update 10am sat 27/2/10
Just back from pamps today and I must say the resort is dead with a capital 'D' , apart from White Hart and Daks. Also a number of shops have closed down in the perilik shopping centre and also in the one across from the perilik, the transfer from pamps to sofia is awful, we as a group (quite a large party) will only return if the operators return to plovdiv otherwise its good bye from us, however the ski condtions were great all week. the investment is being put into the slopes etc. but its ...
