Following my earlier report, other half has just got up to Yatsrebets 4 man chair. From perfect blue skies & sunshine, the snow clouds have come over and it is now snowing. It is also what the locals class as proper proper snow - ie: the really big 'romantic' snow flakes...sorry but don;t know how else to describe it but the reason i put romantic is that the other half proposed last year when the snowflakes were like that!
Moving on....the conditions on Yastrebets aren't great and cannons not on, but they can't see the snow stopping from the state of the sky - again, no idea how they know that stuff BUT he did say if it carries on overnight conditions will dramatically improve up there... the operators have also reported that Rila is still the same conditions with no snow down there yet...

I ve just done my daily check on the snow-forecast.com site, they show snow and dropping temperatures as the week progresses, so with cold temperatures hopefully the snow cannons may be able to be used for you all in Borovets. It seems that conditions in Pamps are also going to change but a little slower than boro, bansko too is forecast a little snow today and much more later in the week, (hope so i will be there next sat). All in all it looks like a more promising outlook, lets hope so. Well done for the excellent unbiased first hand updates, they may not always be what people want to hear, but they are truthfull. By the way, I take it the nuts survived!!!
