Hi Howard,We're going to Bansko on the 14th. We are staying at the Hotel Avalon. We have been to Borovets twice and fancied a change. We are a party of 4 and have two children. Do you have any children?

hi allme and my 13 year old step son are off to Bansko on the 12th Feb, we are also staying in the Avalon 2nd year in a row.

The Hotel is very good, we went last year and had a great time, James, Varna and all the staff will make your stay very enjoyable if you want for anything they will go out of the way to meet your needs.We have arranged for collection from the Airport through the Hotel but not the lift passes, as last year we had to have a photocard, if this has changed and you have arranged yours through the Hotel please let me know. We also can't wait, i think this is the first time i have ever ...

It's nice to know that my son and your son are similar ages and we'll be there at the same time. With regards to the lift passes Varna did say that she would email me to let me know this years prices. Also, can you remember how much the Avalon charges for transfers to / from the airport?

I have just read the listings again and i am so stupid, i am going in Feb and it looks like you are going in Jan, tell your son i am sorry but i keep wishing the day's past and missed Jan out.As for the transfers i was given a price of 140 euro return, the lift passes is a hit or miss thing at the moment as you can see a lot of listings have reported increased prices, so i will wait until the season starts then give James a ring for more information.
