Hmmmm.
I've just cancelled.
I know what it would have been like and as a one-off holiday with my 15 year old (before he wants to go with mates), I couldn't risk a no-show-of-snow.
Taken a £2k hit (ouch).
I've booked SAUZE D'OULX in ITALY instead.
Hope the forecast is wrong and that it dumps a load of snow down on Borovets. Have a good time.

Sorry guys, had to pull the plug, the conditions are just not good enough for the grandchildren. Very sad but there would be very little for them to use and so decided to bite the bullet and cancel.
This was an extra trip for me, and had it just been a trip to meet up with all the gang, then I would have still traveled, but this was about skiing with the boys and we could only see the condition getting worse for next week.
But next year, hopefully will be different so see you all ...

Shame. We're standing our ground Tom. My youngest should have enough to occupy him and my partner should be ok too. I on the other hand will get bored and am concerned about waiting times getting to Yastrebetz Express. We do have a trip to Bansko organised and am planning on some early morning starts and with Y2 looking very nice am hopeful of at least a little 1/2 decent skiing.

At the moment I feel like trying somewhere else next year and have made enquiries into Austria and Poland to date, just looking at something more snow safe and with a decent black or two and some off piste. Oh and not much more price wise...........not a hope so it's going to cost me
