Just seen the new advert by the heart foundation with Vinny Jones!!!S.P. Remember the next time you're doing CPR it has to be hard and fast to 'stayin alive' by the bee gees ... By my reckoning based on new guidelines that's a little slow but does fall into the 100-120 per minute... Ironic that another one bites the dust also has a similar beat

8.5 work days, with Granson's 5th birthday on 21st, half day holiday on the 27th,Driving Anne mad with my excitment, getting all the kit out ready.
S.P. got new bottle of GTN spray, keep taking one with me but not had to use it yet!!
