Hi stu,
I stayed in the Elina last February, Hotel was nice, food slightly repatative - but think thats the same in any hotel! taxis where only about 10 lev to the centre.

Will have to arrange a bar to meet in over that week if youve been on this forum - we'll be the ones surrounded by lots of empty glasses and chanting for snow :-)
